Processing and Shipping:

Dermatology Realm ships to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. International orders are not currently available.

In-stock items will be sent once the order is pulled, payment is accepted, and the address and any other required information is verified. There is a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders, in addition to delivery/shipment times. If your product is not available to be shipped, you will be notified by email and refunded for the item.

Please note that Dermatology Realm’s e-commerce division operates Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused product with a receipt for a full refund within 30 days. A refund in the amount of your purchase minus shipping costs will be issued to your credit card. If you no longer have your receipt or if the product has been used or if more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, you will be given a store credit.

In order to obtain a full refund, please mail the unused purchase accompanied by a receipt within 30 days to:
